Kristen Evans is a dynamic and results-oriented leader, driving strategic human resources solutions that empower organizations to achieve peak performance. With two decades of comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of human resources management, Kristen brings a unique and insightful perspective, honed through diverse industry exposure and deep expertise. Her leadership at HR Influenced is built upon a proven track record of unlocking business potential through effective HR strategies.
Prior to founding HR Influenced, Kristen served as Managing Director at a leading Harrisburg consulting firm. She also held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at York-based PACE Resources, and HR management roles at Harrisburg University, Triple Crown Corporation, and Cintas in York, Pennsylvania. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Shippensburg University.
April Campagna
Director of Client Success

April Campagna is a highly accomplished HR consultant at HR Influenced, specializing in optimizing HR processes, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compensation strategies, and employee relations. With over 15 years of experience collaborating with C-suite executives, April has a demonstrated history of developing and implementing impactful HR solutions that directly contribute to business success.
Her expertise includes managing day to day HR activities such as: benefits, compensation, and employee relations as well as talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. Five years of dedicated human resources management experience further strengthens her ability to deliver exceptional results. April's passion for creating tailored HR solutions enables HR Influenced to provide clients across diverse industries with innovative, efficient, and customized strategies that drive tangible business growth.
Stephanie Malcolm

Stephane is a dynamic and results-driven HR professional with over a decade of experience in human resources, dedicated to enhancing workplace culture, streamlining HR processes, and driving organizational success. Throughout her career, Stephanie has held key leadership positions across various industries, successfully leading HR teams and contributing to measurable improvements.

A dedicated HR thought leader, Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Purdue University. She is a certified professional through the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and actively participates in local industry organizations including the most recent Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association (GVFHRA) and has served on the board for Staffing and Management Association (SMA) in South Florida.

Ramona Lawrence-Rollins is a seasoned Executive Assistant with a dynamic background in luxury hospitality and executive support. A New York native, she brings a unique blend of customer service expertise, attention to detail, and organizational excellence to her roles.
With over a decade of experience in high-end hotel properties in New York and Philadelphia, Ramona developed a deep understanding of luxury living, impeccable service, and the high expectations of discerning clients and guests. Her expertise spans Sales and Marketing, Guest Relations, Catering and Events, enabling her to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences.
Transitioning into executive support, Ramona served as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company in Philadelphia, providing high-level support to the Office Managing Partner and Chief Risk Officer. Her ability to manage complex tasks, anticipate needs, and execute with precision made her an invaluable asset in a fast-paced corporate environment.
