Reimagining HR Solutions
Kristen Evans, President and CEO
Kristen Evans has 20 years of experience as a solutions-focused HR executive. She partners with clients to strategically develop and execute business strategies, navigate change management, and improve performance with dynamic consulting services. Kristen is highly skilled at assessing organizational needs, setting strategic direction, and implementing initiatives that enhance overall company performance.
She combines a deep knowledge of HR best practices with care and compassion for people.
Most recently, Kristen served as managing director of a local consulting firm in Harrisburg. Prior to that, she was vice president of human resources at PACE Resources, Inc., in York. In this role, she led a comprehensive talent management strategy for a diverse workforce and was actively involved with strategic planning, programming development, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. Kristen also served as HR director for Harrisburg University and Triple Crown Corporation, as well as HR manager for Cintas Corporation. In these roles, she provided leadership for all HR functions, implemented payroll systems, carried out programs to improve employee engagement, and enhanced performance evaluations processes. She also developed change management communications strategies and provided internal coaching in support of business succession and transitions.
Kristen is active in her community, currently serving as president of the Susquehanna Township High School Booster Club. Previously, she was vice president of the Susquehanna Township Youth Football & Cheer Association as well as a basketball coach for TEAM PENNSYLVANIA (Advanced Hoops, Inc.) and Hanna Hoops Basketball, which she founded.

Kristen earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Shippensburg University.

The honor is a 34-year tradition that celebrates women for contributions to their region, both professionally and philanthropically. Evans was recognized for promoting opportunities for those around her to become leaders, learn new skills in a safe environment and make meaningful impacts on their careers and communities.
A firm believer in the benefits of sports in youths’ lives, Evans said learning how to be a teammate, work toward a common goal, adhere to a schedule and value hard work will not only open the doors to opportunities young athletes might not otherwise have access to, but will help transition them from productive youths to productive adults.

Campagna most recently served as HR manager at York-based Pace Resources and has 15 years of experience working alongside C-suite executives to help companies reach their goals – from crafting successful training and development tools to managing benefits, compensation and employee relations activities.
